Problem
Where gives Hong Kong merchants one operations platform — listing, POS, ordering, online shop, payments and staff — and gives customers one place to find and buy from local shops, on the web and in the app.
What shipped
- Omni-channel mPOS on phones and tablets, plus QR self-order with kitchen ticket printing.
- Online shop with inventory synced to POS — SKUs, barcodes, sold-out state.
- Payments with Stripe, payment links and QR pay; Twilio SMS notifications.
- Multi-branch HR with JWT / RBAC roles (admin, branch, staff), QR attendance, scheduling and leave.
- Flutter consumer app for iOS and Android: map, local shops, groups, menus, book and pay.
